To me , all this is saying is that everything you do today will effect your life tomorrow, maybe in a positive way or maybe in a negative way. We should always be cognizant of our decisions because they can always have a repercussion. an example of this would be one day you decided to ride your bike and you get hit by a car crack your head and die. Your decision to not wear a helmet decided your destiny.
