Phillip is giving us these pieces of advice that can change our life. If we follow step by step these 4 success statements then more likely than not we will be successful in life. We need to work hard towards anything we want in life. If you want anything in life you can't be. 

 scared of hard work. And you should always do something that you are interested in doing not something that someone wants you to do. You should decide your career based on how much passion you have for it not how much it pays.
