This quote by Gordon B. Hinckley  for me means that the only way to become successful in life is to have an education. The most powerful people are the most educated. The only way to be successful is to have a good career. The only way to achieve that is by having a good education and going to a collage or University,

Thomas S. Manson "Decisions Determine Destiny" this means different things to different people. To me , all this is saying is that everything you do today will effect your life tomorrow, maybe in a positive way or maybe in a negative way. We should always be cognizant of our decisions because they can always have a repercussion. an example of this would be one day you decided to ride your bike and you get hit by a car crack your head and die. Your decision to not wear a helmet decided your destiny.
