"Dare to do the right." Rex D. Pinegar- This statement is a very short one but yet very true.  Rex is basically telling us to always make the right choices and always encourage them. Even if you chose the right you shouldn’t be encouraging other people to ctr. Part of being a ctr person is to encourage others to become a ctr person or at least encourage them to start making some ctr choices. For example he was once dared to run across the street before a car passed him thinking he was fast and braved run in front of a car, he got hit by the car. When you agree to ctw dares that can be the consequences. ALWAYS CTR!!
